For a date night, I would choose the main activity first. Dinner is easier to arrange around a confirmed show time than a show is to arrange around dinner. My starting point would be a performance at the Elsinore Theatre.
Pick the actual performance
The Elsinore calendar lists concerts, films, comedy and other performances. Those are different nights out, with different ticket prices and age guidance. I would open the event page and confirm the date, start time and ticket seller before choosing somewhere to eat.
Check whether the time shown is doors opening or the performance starting. Seat choice, service fees and accessibility arrangements also need checking on the booking page. This guide does not quote a ticket price because there is no single price for an Elsinore visit.
Build dinner around the ticket
Once the show is booked, I would choose a restaurant that fits the time available and confirm its current hours. The dining listings are a starting point, not a promise of a reservation. Tell the restaurant when you need to leave if you are eating before a performance.
I would keep travel, parking and the walk to the theatre in the plan. Rather than promise a short walk from any downtown restaurant, check the actual addresses and route before reserving.
Keep an outdoor stop optional
A riverfront walk can be a separate daytime plan. I would not assume park access, lighting or conditions are suitable after a late show. Check the city's current rules and choose a different finish if the weather or timing does not fit.
What about a vineyard?
A vineyard visit is a separate option, not an automatic late-night stop. Check tasting-room hours, reservation requirements, transport and the full cost before choosing it. If drinking is part of the evening, arrange transport that does not depend on driving afterward.
